As the daughter of an aging parent, founder, owner, and CEO Kerri Leland started Allard Home Care as a way to ensure that the quality of care being offered in her community was up to the standards that she would require for her own father.
Building up a team of compassionate and qualified home care aides was the first step in the process, and finding clients looking for impeccable care was next.
